bit more than a month, making the new release possible.

There is a small annoyance though, MANIFEST.generated still refers to
the 0.3.0 shared lib. rafl has detected the bug shortly after I uploaded
the release to CPAN and has fixed it in svn already.
Please s/0\.3\.0/0.3.1/ in that file or use svn.
