The test t/src/hash_6.c is still dumping core for me. I haven't tried
debugging in detail beyond the information already in the RT ticket.

Ahh. When I do an '--optimized' Configure, I get a bunch of failed
tests. The hash tests are still passing, but that may be coincidental.
