That's not what Liz said. "They have nothing to do with Raku". Followed by
"Best ignored". They're not happy with spamming high and low, they also
spam mailing lists just in case their other emails (two of them, in my
case) were caught (appropriately) by the spam filter. So ++ to what Liz

I spoke to Brett Estrade and they welcome Raku submissions.
