I played around with this a bit, and I'm unclear on how this works.

On #perl6, we're trying to figure out who it was that made a fairly
large investigation into the naming of parameters of the functions and
methods in S28/S32 a couple of years ago. We seem to recall that
someone made a nopaste on the channel, but that it subsequently timed
out. So...
