I am experiencing some curious problem with unicode problem.
I have a Corean character composed on 3 bytes 임.
In terminal and Koha, it is displayed not as a composed character but as
이 and then ᆷ .
It is not a FF problem since on an other online catalogue, the same
character is well encode

We are encountering erratic error of Parsing.
