I'm curious why you decided to keep r12_oApps, r12_oWork, and
r12_product in a separate pool. I'm not a database configuration
expert, but it seems sensible to keep your database logging in a
separate pool. I assume that's what r12_logz is? There are some more
details about this in a blog entry
