I've been thinking about the 16mm Zenitar fisheye lens. From what I

First try overexposed the moon, but got the Pleiades. Then found a
good exposure for the moon.
Stopped while I was still ahead...

What is the reputation of JSCO-GOTTINGEN?
I just bought a Westar 50mm, f2.8 lens, in M-42 mount, on e-bay. For
$12.00, including shipping. Was curious about the lens, and he price
was right.
It arrived today, and I'm glad that is all I paid. Dosn't look like
it is coated, it has traces

suspect that old grease is its biggest problem. Best used as a
training item.
I mean to emphasize the "little" part. The lens contacts and focus
drive are exposed when it is mounted on the camera.

He wants to build a digital body with interchangeable lens mounts, with
the auto exposure apparatus intact.
It would give you the chance to use just about any old lens, regardless

It has minimal to no coating, so you need to be careful about flare.
