This may have been mentioned already, but if you run Disk Utility (it's in
Applications / Utilities) do they appear in the sidebar? If greyed out you can
right-click on them and select "mount". I do this with my external SSD as I
like to leave it plugged in but not mounted unless I'm actually u
Thanks Doug i clicked that item off now i'll see how that works
David, only my one back up, older model, and my time machine, newer model
show up. I have to disconnect the second back up from the computer, then
plug it back in for the sidebar to show the drive, if the computer se=leeps
only 7A sho
and if it helps, both ex drives shw power lights as on so they are getting
power
