To clean mine i have several choices.I can buy the solutions and swabs at Vistek here in Toronto and HOPE i do it correctly(purchase cost +-75-80$) or take it to Nikon in Mississauga for them to do it,cost 80-100$. I even went and bought the $150 adaptor to lock up the mirror so as not to have the
