Actually Ii hate zooms [I'm selling an Fa 28-80]but the idea of this is to
pack alongside my rangefinder kit [2 voigt Bessa Rs with 15,21, 35, 50 and
85mm] with an Mx or Me super body for a bit of extra reach [ I have a 200m
M f4 but figure the zoom might be abit nore useful in this
case...

Yep - mine's for sale. KEH seem to want around $130 for an "Excellent+"
one, and there's one on eBay right now bid up to $115 (with a buy-it-now
price of $130).

Well, lower priced Canon zooms (and primes) are probably not as good as lower
priced Pentax zooms (and primes). So I got two Tamron zooms (including the
70-300), but for USM I am eyeing the Canon 28-105 USM (I or II) or the Canon
