Still a working KX, but over the last 6 months I have begun
to appreciate the MXen.

Hello to All,
Favourite Body is definitely the mighty MZ-S with the
battery holder/grip. One of the best modern cameras
ever made IMHO.
Favourite Lens would have to be the 77mm 1.8 limited
with my FA 20mm f2.8 and FA 35mm f2 a close second and
third place.

I can't pick. I have four 35mm bodies: K2, MX PZ-1p and MZ-S. Whenever
I'm using any one of them I think "Man, this is a great camera. This is

Hi!
Ok, I'd answer that. It would be ME Super. It has some automation that
does help, yet automation is not intrusive. It is simply an excellent
tool for an amateur like myself.
I dig out ZX-L now only if I know I am going to be using my FA 50/1.7
exclusively with autofocus.

None of the Pentax K mount body is my favour. I would choose the Super A if
it wasn't for the noisy vibrating mirror/shutter and dim viewfinder. I
wished it would be the MZ-S but I haven't had one to play with long enough

It was the ME Super for quite a while (love that quiet shutter), but
I've been using the MX more and more recently.
I bought the MX as a beater camera, and I'm getting more and more
tempted to send it in for a CLA...
I too have never tried an LX. Must do that sometime.

*nod* I can say the K2 is my fave, but that in turn
says something about what/how I shoot.

K2, with Super Program being a close second.
Because I've never owned an LX to compare them to?
