does not seem to be having a problem i just thought id clear up some space
on the External TM disk but trash does not want to delete those files for
some reason, that was my main concern

I couldn't say whether you've mucked things up without the machine in front of

That's actually what I have done with all my Adobe software: rendered the
CD/DVD originals to Disk Image files and saved them in my software archive
along with all the installation codes. Takes up a lot less space on

Well i found the .DMG file on time machine anyway, its in
Downloads>Lightroom> Lightroom 6.14.dmg,
so its there anyway
