Contrary to what the "perfect is not good enough" folks say, you have to look at
the use the things are designed for. Aux tele & wa converters do work quite well for
snapshot size photos. You are correct they require no exposure compensation.

Well I shot a roll of APX 100 with the Petri and the results were
quite good. The shutter speeds and aperture both seem to be working
correctly. The lens seems reasonably sharp. Here's a sample.

rangefinder, complete with wideangle and telephoto auxillary
lenses, and matching viewfinder. A nice fast Orikkor 45mm F1.9
