the file type that won't record by download is asf. the funny thing is it
will record but nothing will play the file and it won't convert. i have just
found out today that recording through the soundcard works like a charm and
you have mor options as to what file type you wan't it in.

OK. FIRST THE GUIDE IS OFTEN TIMES WRONG I'M FINDING. ALSO IF YOU GET AN ASF
FILE IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO RECORD USING YOUR SOUND CARD AND NOT THE STREAM
DOWNLOAD. THAT ASF FILE WON'T INCODE TO ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T PLAY IT ON
ANYTHING. RECORD THROUGH YOUR SOUNDCARD AND YOU CAN CHOOSE WHAT FILE TY
et asf files all the time and play them with Winamp and they are

not yet. i just got one and haven't been able to get around to having my

thats about all i can do since i allready baught it and the 100 and 300
irivers are out of the question.
