you can doit in Adobe audition, or in Total commander where you can merge it
too. But in TC you won't see real time of complete file.
In Adobe audition you can copy/past parts of files and program save it one
to another.

you can use free alternative The Cdex. Easy cdda extractor is not free. If
you have a lycense code it is ok.
If not, you can download Cdex. I think that it will be good alternative for
you.

can rename the file on mp2 and convert it, but it is better to have plugin
which support this MPA extension.

you can try free program mp3 splitter. It is console application and you
must write the commands into commandline, but the splitting is doing without
lossthe quality.
