I assume these are Audible files with the .aa extension. If so Goldwave will
not convert them and the only program I know of that will is SoundTaxi

I am really happy with the Logitech h800 it is both bluetooth and wireless.
I can use it with my pc as well as my smart phone. For example, if I am in
a skype call I just need to mute then switch to bluetooth and answer my
phone all by moving a switch on the headset. Amazon now has it for $69
That is what you use to pair it. Push the rocker switch up while holding in
the volume up, you should hear a beep. There is pa pairing utilityyou can
download from the logitech site.

On the left hand side, undo the catch and a panel comes off to expose the
battery compartment and a storage compartment for the dongle.

Okay, that rocker switch is used to move between tracks, its on its own just
down from the mode switch.

Yes, the design of this headset is a good one however I don't think its the
value for money headset it could have been, an older standard of Bluetooth
being used for example which doesn't take full advantage of the clarity and
functionality available in the later standards of Bluetooth.

Hi Dane
I will reserve judgement until I receive it but it should be
sufficient for what I need, it was a tossup between the
logitecech h600 and the h800 but I only really need it for
skype so it should be ok, I won't be using it for music.

If you're using the headset for Skype with your PC then you should be fine, the
headset works rather well, as I said the only issue I have is with the
Bluetooth standard used.

Hi Dane
I wasn't really looking for bluetooth but wifi but when you
do a search, it is hard to be specific on amazon unless you
know the exact name of something, type in wifi headphones or
headset and it brings up all kinds of things. I suppose
wireless headphones would have been better.

I can't comment on Amazon as I don't use it.
In my opinion - if Bluetooth isn't an issue for you - then i think the
Plantronics Audio 995 is a far better pair of headphones with a microphone,
sounds better and is now available for half the price of the Logitech H800,

Hi Dane
Ok will have a look just before amazon ship the Logitech

Thanks.

Its not a critical point of course and I doubt you'll be disappoint, if you

Hi Dane
Well it depends, I intend using it on my pc for skype but I
have a question. I use 3g internet, it uses a dongle, if I
plug in a wifi adapter for the usb headset, are they likely
to conflict?

Hi Dane,
What great news! Have you already tested it? Can you use it with the IPhone,
too and how? Does it have other languages than English?
Thanks,
Alexandra

Dane, you shouldn't need the nano USB dongle for purposes of pairing the
H800 for use with a bluetooth device. Our boys steal mine time and time
again for use with their comptuers and they never use the nano USB dongle.
One of our boys once paired it with his Galaxy S3 phone in my office and

Okay my apologies, I shouldn't have used the word "pairing" when describing the
use of the H800 with the computer, the headset finds the dongle as you say.
