as the subject line says, is there any way to make both my voice and
the song I am playing in winamp heard by person who calls me using
skype. I tried to change the output device to sterio mix and set its
level and volume to 100% but they only be able to hear the song, not
my voice.

The only way I could get that to work is by using a hardware mixer. And
two sound cards.
It is somewhat complicated.
I connect the skype microphone into one channel and then the second sound
card to the other channel. I set my player to output to the second channel.

No it won't. No program will work with protected audio and video files
unless you find a way to remove the protection.

Another possibility is a program called pretty may.
The only problem is that it has no pause but only a stop button which is not
