Hi everyone!
Thanks for your input regarding the Zoom H2 recorder. As it happens someone
who is wishing to sell a Zoom H4 unit has made contact with me and made me a
good offer so I'be very foolish not to take the H4 instead of the h2 given that
its a far superior machine, I'm llooking forward
Thanks to all you guys who helped me with total recorder. I now
press control R for record and control P for stop and it still keeps
on recording. There is probably something wrong with my setup
here. Somebody mentioned CDEX as a good alternative so I think I
will download it and give it a t
Bud,
I wonder if with window-eyes off, you are losing focus, so that pressing any
keys whether it be space bar or control-r and control-p don't have an
effect.

Hi,
Is it possible to use the Zoom H1 as a sound device when connected to a
computer? I've heard somewhere that it can be done, but I'm not sure.

No this can't be done, all the hardware's there though so perhaps Zoom may - in
the future - release a firmware upgrade to allow this functionality.
The Zoom H2 can be used as a sound device when connected to a computers USB
port.
