No, as far as I know, Talks will not work with the Android platform. Droid (or Android) phones have there own screen readers. Talk Back comes installed on a lot of phones or can be downloaded free from the Android market, and there is also another Android screen reader called Spiel, also free.

You can still use the switch sound file convertor meaning converting files you just can't use the extra features that come with it you can still use the convertor. You won't however be able to use the ripper the sound stream nor other features that come with the program, accept the convertor.
