I love my UMAX scanner. My photographer friends swear by them for the high
resolution which also helps us with very small print scanning.

If you are looking for a single sheet scanner then the most cost effective
in terms of scan quality, ease of use and cost is the HP G3110. Not sure
what the model number would be in your part of the world but look at the
site www.hp.com under scanners for home and home office. Navigation of

But how do scan a book in that scanner without tearing it up or making
a copy which takes a lot of time all by itself?
I use the Optic Book 360 -- I think they have changed the model number
-- and its very nice for scanning books. Its a book edge scanner.

that comes with the Lexmark all in one units.

I have goldwave configured the way I want it for CD ripping, except for one

the tracks are given a prefix and go in a destination folder you select. you will
