So, this card does not plug directly into the USB port on your lap top
right?
I was hopeing to find a solution that would not involve having another USB
cable hanging from my Dell.
Any thoughts on a good PCI sound card for an XPS1210?

I have been trying to figure out if this unit will opperate the internal lap

I was wondering what exactly an mkv file is and if there's a free program out
there for converting it to avi or mp3 or some such so it can be put on a dvd?
I know its some sort of video format - but I've never heard of it before.

You enable spoken menus from within the iPod's summary page in iTunes. You
can also turn it on and off on the iPod itself once the speech components
are installed.

Hi.
No, the card itself does not have any USB ports on it, you have to
use the provided USB cable with it. As for a PCI card? I'm really
not sure but I'm thinking either Turtle Beach or Creative will have a
card that will do that for you.

Hi,
I'm attempting to put songs on someones Ipod Shuffle 2nd gen. The computer
keeps saying USB device not recognized. So, I tried connecting it to a wall
charger for a little while; no go. I've also tried going to device manager and
disabling "power USB if not in use, etc" and still nothing -
Is this program worth using as a player? If so, how can I get songs to
display so I can add them to a playlist and do whatever else I'm supposed to
be able to do with it. My first attempt at creating a new playlist was a
real bummer.
Thanks.

Hi. I don't see why not, as long as you can get JAWS to behave
itself. JAWS 10 will let you determine what card it works on,
whereas older versions required you to edit a .ini file to make that
work, and it wasn't always easy to do.
But I think y ou can do that.

It might. What format does the Victor Stream record in? I assume you're
asking how to use Switch. It's a very straight forward interface that
works well out of the box with JFW. I assume it would work with any
screen reader. You just hit alt-f to go into the File pulldown and press

Switch can do this. It comes as trialware, but after the trial period,
you can still use it for free with some limitations. I would guess that
converting
MPG files would still work. Note that it won't break DRM. You can find
out more on Switch from the FAQ, including a link to download the
