Is it possible to record a voice recording on a Victor Stream and then transfer it to the PC to be sent as an MP3

Hi all, I haven't purchased a Victor Stream yet, but one of the reasons I am looking into doing so is that I would be looking to make voice recordings on the Victor Stream which I would then want to transfer to PC and send as MP3 files. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you in advance

I am using 7.1. When in winamp, I can't read the info window: alt-f3. I also can't use the alt-control-up or down arrows to change the pitch, rate, volume, etc. I didn't have these problems before 7.1 as far as I can remember. I have to close winamp in order to do the alt-control-up/down arrow t
