Following the link in the original note, I found the release notes for
Rockbox 3.0 at
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/ReleaseNotes30, and under the
support players section, it includes "• iriver: H100, H300 and H10
series", so I think the answer is yes.
