Yes they do say it's an estimate only. I think this is because certain VBR
files may be difficult to calculate precisely. I've found it pretty good
generally though.

Hi Dane, Universal Radio does ship internationally, but not for all
products. The Eton E1 XM is expressly not shippable by them outside of the
US. I don't know whether the same applies to the Eton E1 without the XM.
Circuit City appears not to ship at all outside of the US.
It will be interesting
Isn't that an estimated total time, though? Or have I got taht wrong, or
has this been something that changed?

Right, well AM or medium-wave transmissions I think run for another
ten years or so here so there will be plenty of time for people to
make the switch but I take your points about DAB and its going to have
one huge problem here I think, that's going to be the problem of
"distance".

The file name is a little weird, rename to "playlist creator.zip," and the
archive creates "playlist Creator.bat." Looks good.

This volume control problem, otherwise unsolvable, is one of the benefits of
running Vista, where each channel has its own volume control.

Hi,
The enter key doesn't do anything for this particular movie in VLC. When I
see the chapters, Jaws says that there are unchecked and when I hit either
the space bar or enter key, nothing happens either. I want the movie to
"play all".
I presume if you pick only one chapter, you have to keep

Is there anyone out there who can tell me a good program to take three
AVI files and burn them to a DVD so they will play as movie files on my
DVD player?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I'm in the market for a used digital recorder. If anyone has one they'd
like to part with let me know. It doesn't need to be top of the line, just
needs to work.
Thanks.

Thanks, but I wonder if there are any more suggestions. I've been looking
over the Bravia line, but I'm not sure how its SAP program is more
accessible than anyone else's. Its main feature is its hook-up to the
Internet, which I won't be using the TV for. That's strictly for our PC and
Mac.

Hi Lauren:
When you play with vlc, use spacebar to play.
I've mentioned before that dvd menus will vary.

I'm not sure it has anything to do with how Internet Explorer is working on my
systems, both Vista and XP, but lately whenever I have installed JAWS 8 and/or
9 on my XP systems, everything works like a top, with no problems whatsoever;
however, once I have installed JAWS 8 and 9 on
