I go to the older versions link on the download page and download and
install version 1.32. It's more accessible and doesn't require
registration.
The plug-in is a handy way to listen to audio files using compressed speech.

Let me second Lois' recommendation of Switch.
It's not only great for the situation you describe, but many others.
I keep it on all of my pcs and consider it indispensible.

Oh, man, I downloaded the trial version of Switch only to discover it
doesn't seem to want to convert Rax files. Oh, well, back to All Music
Converter which does a fair josb of converting those. What a

Hi, all! Could someone point me to a quick tutorial about how to create a
playlist in Winamp? I'm using Jaws 7.somthing, Windows XP, and Winamp
Version 5.3. I know it's not that hard, but I'd like the quickest way to
create one. Any help would be much appreciated.

I wonder if it is possible to take a playlist and brun it to CD. Either in
Winamp or in Nero. If in Nero you could create a regular audio CD if the
playlist consisted of .wav files.

I couldn't get switch tpo convert to the proper 44.1 sampling rate while making
an
mp3 either, and unless you use the paid version, you can't do Ogg Vorbis files
which doesn't make sense, for ogg vorbis is open source.

I am going to be getting a dvd of a concert. Is there a tutorial
somewhere that will tell me how to turn this into MP3 files and which
extracter should I use, since I just got a new computer and don't have an
extractor program on here yet. I am open to all suggestions. Thanks.

In my personal experience, you can't go wrong with DVD Audio Extractor
from www.castudio.com. And no, it's not free.

Really? Ok, that's interesting you say that, I wonder what it is about
my MP4 files that Sound Forge 8 doesn't like. Thanks for telling me
this and I'll investigate further.

Hi all. I haven't been able to send messages through Comcast for a while, but
now I can. Can anyone tell me what some of the new features are in Nero 8! I
would appreciate this information! And as well, how much does that cost?
