Thanks, Arthur. Someone already sent me the file, and the problem appeared to b that there is a typo in the "files needed" section of the found new hardware installation. The file actually turned out to be kstvtune.ax, whereas it came out as kstvtun.ax, which, of course, confused everything! S

losing settings
