Hi Richard,
Your driver settings may be corrupted so you can't choose to select the advance
option.
The only solution I know to this is to create a new windows xp user and move
all your old documents and so on, on to that one.
If you have skype you're welcome to contact me for some instructions
Hi,
Oh sorry. grin

Brian, Thanks for the reply. I can get into the advanced option dialogue
box but not the choice of trebble/bass within it. I'm beginning to think
that perhaps this card is on the cheapper side of things and won't allow me
the ability to change those settings. It could be as well a conflict
Hi,
What you must do is you have to select the advance box under options.
Then in the play back and record dialog you get an advance bottun you can
activate. Then you get access to the tone controls.
Best regards

Hey guys,
Had something unique happen.
I'm trying to test an automation system for a radio station.
I can access it with no problem, but it seems to have shut off the
default windows XP sounds on my machine for stuff like startup and all

Any way to get them back without having to change ea

Jim! When you go to "Save As" be sure you're on MP3 and click
"Custom". From there you should find any MP3 format you want.

Jed,
I wonder if the software you are testing turns off the sounds
so they won't go out over the air?
You can turn them back on by going to control panel, sounds
and choosing a sounds scheme.

Hi all, and sorry for cross-posting this question, but I need an answer
somewhat urgently as I need to burn several CD copies of an audio file in
the next 24 hours or so.
I have Nero 6 on my system, it's installed but I have never used it. The
file I need to copy is currently in mp3 format and
Nero will automatically convert the mp3 file to the proper wav format in
order to burn it as an audio cd.

Tracy,
The burner should appear in a combo style list probably after your
default burner. Clicking on the drive and doing an alt+down arrow
should give you access to it. If that does not work, it is possible
that your external drive is not supported by Easy CD Creater 6. You
could go to the Rox

I just recieved nero suite with my DVD player. However, I know nothing about
using nero.
I've heard that it does work with Jaws? Well I hope so.
I don't even know if I installed every thing that I should have installed.

I was not able to get at the bass and treble controls with my Audigy 4 pro.
They only show up in Creative Surround mixer which is inaccessible without

I think the mpd file is a kind of index that the program uses.
