Hi, I would like to know how to set up winamp so it plays wave files that I
download off the internet. When I download wave files, it brings up Windows
Media player instead of asking weather I want to save or open it. Also I would

There was a time when I could download individual articles from ACB
radio's Main Menu.
I can still stream shows, but can't download them any longer. I'm
wonder if the file structure has changed?
using jfw 6.0, windows 2000 and RealPlayer.

I use razorlame to encode from wave to mp3 and back. You can do several
files at once. Any of you know of a good ogg vorbis encoder that encodes from
wave to ogg and back again and encodes batches of files? Thanks.

It would be cool if it was speech friendly. It seems to do a lot. I wonder
how people are doing the remote DJ'ing thing. Or is that one of the things

In case this is confusing, it's easy CD-DA Extractor. I would recommend
against abbreviating easy, as it may mislead, especialy if you have a
synthesizer that pronounces the z as zed.

When you hear that beep it usually means that a message is flashing
on your display. I stopped it once but I forgot how. See if you can
get someone to read the display when you hear the beep and I'll look it up.

Just a slight correction. Sirius is spelled
s,i,r,i,u,s.
It's named after the star in the sky, also known as the dog star.
The company logo is a little dog.
So it's not serious, as in this is totally serious, but Sirius as in the star.

I have a problem when trying to download winamp 5.11.
I get as far as trying to save the file, but if I try
to tell i.e ware I want the file saved I am thrown out
of i.e compleetely. I went to www.winamp.com. I am
not sure why this is happening. Has any one else had
