I had a similar problem with a different device but my solution might help. Put the
software disk in the computer without opening it which is usually accomplished when
inserting a CD-ROM by holding down the shift key a few after inserting the disk.

Oops, I'm sorry, sir. Been trying to connect a satellite radio here. It
is an audio device requiring a USB driver. I'll keep trying to find another

moving the cursor. When the beginning and end are in the same place, cut
makes a mark instead of a region. This is how I manually mark songs in an
