hi all,
Text sound has now decided to die on me as well, so I'm out looking for more
options to get these books converted. I really don't understand what's going
on. Kurzweil acted like it was converting, was running the processor and
using memory, but no files were coming out. Now text sound has s
biblos do not split mp3 files.
it split the creation of the audio in MP3 format by the specified number.
for example if you put 47, it would split the reading into 47 mp3 files.

hi brent,
my findings indicate that kurzweil is the fastest of the tts readers. I
converted a bunch of books at extremely slow rates, and it read 18 hours of
audio in like 30 minutes. none of the others did this, and kurzweil makes my
fan operate as i'm on a laptop however it doesn't slow down any
Because I have it, when I need that feature I use Kurzweil. It goes pretty
quickly, I think.

Under the options there are different tabs and one of them is text to
speech. There are a few sliders. One controls the rate and one controls the
pich and one controls the volume of the voice. Also you can change the
voices.

hi
I finally got it working. I agree it's quite featured. It could be just how
it's configured by default and I haven't figured out how to change it yet. A
question, when you do the test of the voice, does it sound exactly like
jaws? because it doesn't on mine. something in the trebble sounds diffe

How did you manage this?
I thought we had only 2 arms LOL I hope you get on with the program this
program in no way replaces textaloud for me but it does make mp3 files very
fast and they seem to be small files and the quality is good all the best.

hi kevin,
I had to close the software, and i think it was in an error. it sent an

Hi,
I have downloaded the Italian mp3 program,
I like it! But I keep getting a nag screen asking me to register the
program!!
I tried to register it but when I do there seems to be a bit where you can
put in a code.
I have just tried to ignore that and register anyway as the software is free
I believe the download for the scripts was just below the one for the
program.

PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines
Hi Brandon,
I have text to audio text aloud and yeosoft text to mp3 speaker.
I until recently would have recommended Yeosoft's text to mp3 program as it
turns text files straight to mp3 it does not make a wov then convert it.
But I have made allot of audio books from text files and I have found
Hi list,
I'm sure this has been discussed majorly on the list, but what are your
recomendations for programs that will take various types of files, like htm,

want, replies can be sent off list.
