I got it working. Not sure how exactly but now when I add a new entry in
the sam encoders I have the correct audio encoding choices.

Somehow I screwed something up with the encoders on my pc. Not sure if I
changed the order of the priority of encoders, etc. Basically what
happens now if I want to choose a new stream to add to the sam encoders
I am taken to a combo box of 4 choice
