hi dana, In CDex, and in the output for AAc in winamp, there are a whole bunch of other file settings, bandwidth and some more stuff. I've downloaded the out_faac.dll plug-in, to convert my songs, but I select automatic configuration and the song turns out pretty much the same size as the original.
