Windows media seems to find cds better than cdex or audio grabber. They seem to use a better data base. I like cdex but I can rip cds two at a time with windows media. Sometimes they all get it wrong however. I have never ripped with winamp but they seem to be able to find cd titles well to.

I did post a link to the help center which should help you with Windows Media Player. So you use Nero? Heaven help you , that is reall ythe worst Ripper around, it used to be quite reasonable but it just doesn't read CD'S properly, nor do most of the other free CD Ripping solutions
