You can but your sound card needs to be in what you here. I suggest using a

Hi all!
I bought a patch chord, and hooked my handy cassette to the computer, but the
sound is only coming out of the left speaker. Also, the recording picks up jaws
in the right speaker. How do I make the sound come out of both speakers, and
how to I keep jaws out of the recording? Thanks!
