Check out the sampling rate, and bit-rate.
Then check the player, and see if the player has support for the current
file
attributes. If not, trans-code them to a supported format attributes type
a good idea, but unfortunately, that's not really practical when
transferring 100 or more audio books on to a card.

I have a shoutcast server on my system and use the shoutcast plug-in with
winamp to stream my radio station.

hello list,
does anyone know if there are any programs out there that will check audio
files for errors that may prevent them from playing properly after being put on
to cd or when streamed.
would like to check the files before using them for such purposes.
