Hello, I've been having problems playing a WMA file I got from Napster on the
Zen Stone. I charged it up and used Windows Explorer to put the file on the
player, but when I tried playing it, it lit up saying the file type wasn't
recognised. The Windows Media Player version I'm using is version 1
