I found it pretty much impossible to do with Winamp 5.33 and JAWS 8. Seems to
work okay in Winamp 5.34 though; you might give that a try.

Does Winamp have any way of categorizing within the library? That is,
if I could, I'd load all my music into it, choose a category, and let
'er go, playing random tracks until it runs outa stuff to play. But I
don't see any good way of doing this. Am I missing something, or am I
expecting Winamp

Can the radio stations listed in the winamp library be accessed from any other
player?
FOr example foobar2000 or any other player?
