Well you have used all the tools which I would have thought should give
you extracted audio, obviously though, they will not work where
protection is in force. I guess to get the job done, although not in a
timely manner, I'd make analogue recordings of the source discs, set

Just a note, the DMCA, if you live in the states, does not let you
decrypt discs, even for your own personal use. This is one of the
reasons why the DMCA needs to be rewritten!
