try nero from www.nero.com
it works better in my opion then ez cd creator

I don't have that specific Plextar model, but Nero 6 does work with the external
Plextalk unit I own. Go to the Nero web site and try out their demo. It's fully
functional so you'll know if it works or not ahead of time.
