With one jack for everything, particularly if that includes inputs and
outputs, then analogue is not for you.
Others will no more regarding usb devices.

Armando, many of the USB mixers I have heard of don't get great reviews. You
may be better with a standard studio mixer with its output connected to a USB
sound card.

I don't necessarily think that you need a usb mixer.
A reasonable analogue mixer, connected in to the line in of your
computer will do just fine. You can monitor from the mixer, and have
complete control of the faders.
75 dollars, or fifty uk pounds will do you just fine.
