Yes, i am using a m-audio delta audiophile 192.
I know a guy who is really big in to audio work and he loves his MAudio card
is all I know about such items.

THey are very good and is working extremly well with screenreaders.
THey also has a very screenreader firendly controlpanel.

I heard a lot of recommendations for M-Audio cards and bought one a year ago
or so. It wasn't a good experience and it was sent back within 2 weeks.
