Just type "lame --help > lame.txt" without the quotes. This will create
a list of the commands in the file lame.txt.

if lame works with either OGG or AAC, i'd like the commands as well, please.
i can never keep track of all these programs out there, and CDEX and
Winamp's aac encoders don't like each other.
