Yes, with 7 the tool bar can still be removed.
What i do is in the search box i type the words
a program
and arrow down to removed a program and then arrow down to it and hit
enter and follow the prompts.

Evan, there are winamp scripts built into jaws 13, but you have to use the
"traditional" skin, at least I think that's what it's called. And Winamp
6.22 is fine, that's what I use and it works for me.
