I'm not familiar with dual layer CDs, but I'm familiar with dual layer DVDS.
THESE DVDS are discs that can hold up to roughly twice what a conventional
disc can hold. They are a single sided disc. You have to have a burner that
can handle dual layer discs.

Two layer DVD's have always been around, but this is the first time I've
ever heard of a two layer CD.
