The latest version of Winamp is now 5.03a and it is fairly easy to find

Winamp5.03 works fine with both Jaws and Window Eyes. I'm running the full
version of the program. When installing, make sure you select classic skins
and you'll be fine.

The only things I'd suggest are as follows:
1. Choose the full install. Tab over to the tree view where, because you
chose full install, everything will be checked. Uncheck the "modern skins
support" by hitting space bar on it. Other than that, everything should be
pretty much straightforward.
