I'm afraid you will have to name each one separately. There are many
programs that will split and give a basic name for each track such as track
01 or 02 track but I my self know of no program that will let you prename
each track before the splitting. I could be wrong.

Hello goldwave should do the trick. YOu will make them waves as that is
faster then you will batch convert them to mp3s using a program called
switch and then you will use a free program called mp3TagEditor to edit
the ID3 tags in all the mp3s at once.
