You could try the M-audio delta Audiophil 192.
I have one an i must say that the software that comes with it is really
accessible.
THe only thing i really don't like is that you can not record a radiostream
trhough the card for some reason.

Hi and welcome back. At one time I heard that the Delta pro sound card had
an accessible control panel however I don't know if there being made these
days?
