Hi, another option would be to select the audio you need at the lower level
with shift and page down, and then use the processes menu and use the volume
setting in that menu, and you could go to
the volume and
then click okay. If the volume is still to high, then use control y to repeat
the process

and its duration is supposed to take the rest of the track you're editing is
