Kurt, haven't found what you're looking for, but you might be able to do it using Nero. When you copy a CD it asks you whether or not you want to create or print a label for the disk. I'm not sure, but I think that information includes a track list. There's certainly an option to save that to a

If you're looking for a low tech, free solution to list all tracks on your CD's, you could use CDEX. There's an option in the edit menu to copy CD information to the clipboard. You can then open a blank document and paste in the details. You can then save as a word document, text document or HTML
