As long as you have the drivers for your second sound card installed and
either disable the first one or assign JAWS to the second one it should
work.

What card is this? I should think the PC would just see it so have some
speakers connected to it. The only thing the software may or may not do is
have controls for it, and some cool effects like making yourself sound like
your in a public bathroom with the echoes and the like, but most of the time
